Refund policy

How long does it take for refunds to be processed?
Approved refunds are processed between 24-48 hours once we receive your package. A store credit or a refund will be processed once your package has been delivered back to us and inspected. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed if tags and accessories such as ring box, and original packaging materials including additional items sent (if any) are missing. A higher restocking fee will be assessed if you misrepresent the condition of the item being returned to us. The final fee will be determined based on the condition of your item. 

How long the refund will take to show back as a credit on your bank statement varies depending on who you bank with (typically 5-7 business days). 

If you return an item to us without our approval, you won't be refunded.

Please take a photo of the item/s you want to return for approval. An RMA# will be generated once it meets our return policy. A prepaid shipping label will only be given for all returns that meet our policy.

We have a designated return address in New Jersey for items that need an inspection. Do not return your package using the shipping address on your label. Please contact our team for the shipping instructions.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If the error is made by us, we will send you the correct order asap or issue a refund. You keep the item unless an inspection is needed.

A prepaid return label will be provided at our expense only for qualifying issues, such as a manufacturer defect or an error in your order. For returns originating within the USA, a free return label will be provided. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.

For any approved returns of custom-made and made-to-order jewelry, a non-refundable restocking fee up to 50% of the purchase price will apply, this fee covers shipping and some production costs. Each ring or other jewelry item unless otherwise specifically stated is custom-made to order to size with desired variations – design, wax, mold, cast, polished, and gem set.

Jewelry that has been altered, modified, or with faded plating is not qualified for a refund or exchange. Silver jewelry with faded plating can only be returned within 14 days for professional service or replacement. The customer will be responsible for the back-and-forth shipping fee.

The card I used is now inactive or no longer in use.
Refunds can only be made using the original card used/payment method. Once the refund is completed, please call your bank. Most banks send a check to your address.
