HOW FAST DO WE SHIP?

Processing/Crafting Time:

  • Orders received before 12 PM EST (Mon-Fri) : We aim to ship the same day.
  • Personalized & Custom-Made Jewelry: Allow 3-20 business days for handcrafting (usually sooner), depending on design intricacy.  If you need something by a specific date or would like to expedite service, please make sure to leave a note at checkout and/or email us at support@evaninaomijewelry.com
  • Regular or Simple Pieces: Can be shipped right away, depending on our inventory. Otherwise, please allow 3-20 business days to craft.
  • In-Stock Rings under Ready To Ship collection or Size 6, Natural Diamonds: Ship quickly. If a different size or stone type is needed, allow 3-20 business days for resizing.
  • Orders placed during holiday seasons may incur longer production times.

Certificates:

  • Natural diamonds, lab-grown, and certified Moissanite with a carat higher than 0.40 include a certificate of authenticity.

Shipping Time (after processing):

  • FREE Shipping Worldwide
    • USA: 2-5 business days via USPS
    • Canada: 5-10 business days via USPS International Mail, UPS, DHL, or FedEx
    • Other Countries: 7-15 business days via USPS International Mail, UPS, DHL, or FedEx
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING: 2-5 business days via UPS, DHL, or FedEx

Rush Orders / Expedited Service:

  • If you need an item by a specific date, select 'Expedited' as your shipping option.
  • Leave a note or deadline at checkout and/or email us at support@evaninaomijewelry.com to confirm.
  • Choosing Expedited helps us prioritize production, typically 3-20 business days for handcrafted items.

Important Note:

  • Total delivery time = Processing Time (making your jewelry) + Shipping Time (delivery by carrier). Shipping times apply only after your order has been processed/crafted.

We are not liable for shipping delays via FedEx or USPS, but we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
