Refund Policy
How long does it take for refunds to be processed?
Approved refunds are processed internally within 24-48 hours once we receive your package and it has been inspected.
- The time it takes for the refund to show as a credit on your bank statement varies depending on your bank (typically 5-7 business days).
Restocking Fees
A 30% restocking fee will be assessed if original tags, accessories (like the ring box), and original packaging materials, including any additional items sent, are missing. A higher restocking fee will be assessed if you misrepresent the condition of the returned item. The final fee will be determined based on the item's actual condition.
Return Approval & Shipping
- If you return an item without our prior approval, you will not be refunded.
- Please take a clear photo of the item(s) you wish to return for approval. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) will be generated once your request meets our return policy.
- A prepaid shipping label will only be provided for returns that meet our policy.
Return Address
We have a designated return address in New Jersey for items requiring inspection. Do not return your package using the shipping address on your original label. Please contact our team for the correct shipping instructions.
Refund Method
Refunds can be processed in full via store credit (our default method) or, if the customer chooses, refunded via the original payment method, in which case a restocking fee will apply.
Non-Refundable Items
The following products are NOT eligible for return or a full refund/store credit due to their customized nature:
- Custom-made jewelry
- Made-to-order jewelry
- Name Jewelry
- Fine Jewelry crafted in solid gold
If an error was made by us for these items, we will send you the correct order ASAP or issue a refund (you keep the item unless inspection is needed).
- For any approved returns of custom-made and made-to-order jewelry, a non-refundable restocking fee up to 50% of the purchase price will apply. This fee covers shipping and some production costs, as these items are custom-made to your exact specifications.
Exclusions from Refund/Exchange
- Jewelry that has been altered, modified, or has faded plating is not qualified for a refund or exchange. Silver jewelry with faded plating can only be returned within 30 days for professional service or replacement (customer responsible for back-and-forth shipping fee).
Inactive or Unused Cards
Refunds can only be processed using the original card/payment method used for the purchase. If your original card is inactive or no longer in use, please contact your bank once the refund is completed; most banks will send a check to your address.
