We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for regular orders for up to 14 days.

All sales are final for all our customized pieces, items under Flash Sale/Clearance/Sale collections, and all fine jewelry crafted in real gold and precious stones.

How Fast Do You Ship?

Processing Times:

  • Orders under "Sale/Flash Sale" placed before 12 PM EST (excluding weekends and US holidays) will ship the same day or within 24-48 hours.
  • Skull rings, personalized pieces, and fine jewelry crafted in gold require 3-20 business days to handcraft (often sooner), depending on design intricacy. Custom-made orders involve new drawings, wax, molds, casting, and unique gem setting.
  • Some simple/regular pieces can be shipped sooner.
  • In-stock rings (selected products only) are typically handcrafted in a size 6 with natural diamonds. If you require a different size or stone type, please allow 3-20 business days for resizing, which varies based on the size request.

Certificates:

  • All natural diamonds, lab-grown, and certified moissanite with a carat higher than 0.40 will include a certificate of authenticity.

Tracking:

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has shipped.

Understanding Our Collections & Shipping

We offer two types of items to meet your needs: Ready-to-Ship and Handcrafted & Made-to-Order. Please read the descriptions below to understand the timeline for your purchase.

Ready-to-Ship Items (Our Fastest Option)

Our "Ready to Ship" collection features both our exclusive collection and pre-made designs that are already crafted and waiting to be sent. However, we hold a very limited inventory, and once they run out, we will need between 3-20 business days to prepare your order.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before noon EST ship the same business day or within 48 hours (excluding weekends and US holidays). Note that some pieces may take longer.

  • Our Promise: These pieces without personalization are backed by our 14-day guarantee.

Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Pieces

We specialize in creating unique, personalized jewelry just for you. Pieces from our Exclusive Designs, personalized items, and many regular designs are handcrafted from scratch. 

  • Production Time: Because these items are made to order, production typically takes 3 to 20 business days, depending on the design's complexity. Custom-made orders involve detailed processes, including CAD designs, wax models, molds, and custom-cut gems, among others.

  • Exclusive Designs: This category includes our original, trademarked designs under Till Death Do Us Part, Gamers Collection, and more, which you'll only find here and our authorized partners. It also includes other popular pieces that require personalization to meet your specifications.

  • Solid Gold, Platinum, and all diamond pieces (both lab-grown and natural) are custom-made to order.

  • Ready to Ship: We keep a limited stock of natural diamond rings in size 6. All other sizes and variations will be made from scratch.

  • Production Time: Due to their custom nature, these pieces require 3-20 business days for production.

Important Note: By purchasing these pieces, you agree to the production time needed to create your one-of-a-kind piece.

Regular Pieces & Common Designs

These are popular or simple pre-made designs, ideal for personalization. While we do our best to keep these items in stock, we only hold a very limited inventory. This allows us to focus on our custom offerings and ensure every piece is made with the highest standards of quality.  

  • Processing Time: Processing times vary depending on our inventory. It can be shipped as fast as 48 hours, while some pieces can take longer, up to 20 business days.

  • Our Promise: These pieces without personalization are backed by our 14-day guarantee.

Important Note: While you might find similar items elsewhere, which is common for simpler jewelry, we can only speak for the quality of our products and the high standards of what we sell. As similar items can be found across a range of retailers, from high-end stores to less trustworthy vendors, we strongly advise you to do your own research before purchasing elsewhere. Our guarantee applies exclusively to products purchased directly from us. 

Rush Orders & Expedited Service

If you need something by a specific date or wish to expedite service:

  • Select 'Expedited' as your shipping option.
  • Leave a note or deadline at checkout and/or email us at support@evaninaomijewelry.com to confirm.
  • Choosing "Expedited" shipping helps us prioritize your order and speed up production, which typically takes 3-20 business days for handcrafted items.

Important Note:

  • Total delivery time includes both processing time (for crafting your jewelry) and shipping time (delivery by the carrier). Shipping times apply only after your order has been processed.

Regarding Carrier Selection:

  • When you select expedited shipping, our system automatically chooses the fastest available option based on the estimated delivery time to your specific ZIP code. This means the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) is automatically selected by the system to ensure the quickest delivery possible, rather than a specific carrier being pre-selected.

Shipping Insurance

When you select Expedited + Insurance at checkout, your package is fully insured while it's in transit. This ensures your package is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility until it is successfully delivered by the carrier.

Important: This coverage protects against loss or damage while in transit only. It does not cover theft, damage, or loss of the package or its contents once it has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.

Please note that Free or Standard Shipping options do not include insurance.

Shipping Locations & Information

Where are you shipping from? We primarily ship most orders from the U.S.A.

Shipping Location Varies:

  • We design most of our original pieces in New Jersey/New York to ensure the highest quality.
  • To get your order to you as quickly as possible, the actual shipping location may vary depending on inventory and your order's urgency.
  • USA Orders: Most custom-made orders are processed in America. Some orders, especially rush orders, may be fulfilled from our Global Fulfillment Center based on inventory and urgency.
  • International, Rush, and Deadline-Sensitive Orders: Due to the impact of recently implemented tariffs, all international, rush, and deadline-sensitive orders will be expertly crafted and shipped directly from one of our Global Fulfillment Centers in Japan, Italy, or Hong Kong. This ensures your order reaches you as quickly as possible while helping you avoid high customs duties. Some orders may still ship from our USA location.
  • If you have a preference on where your order is shipped from based on your location, please email our team.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • USA: 2-10 business days (weekends and holidays not included) via USPS
  • Canada: 5-10 business days (weekends and holidays not included) via USPS International Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or a local carrier.
  • Other Countries: 7-15 business days (weekends and holidays not included) via USPS International Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or a local carrier.
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Shipping Delays & Tracking

Why is my shipping delayed? Unforeseen delays (bad weather, holidays, shipping restrictions, protests, etc.) can affect carriers like USPS, FedEx, and others. Please be patient and continue to track your order. If you need assistance, please contact our team ASAP.

How to track my order? We've got you! You can track your order directly with USPS or the specific carrier used for your package. The tracking information will be emailed to you.

My tracking # has not been updated. What can be done? Shipping providers can take longer to scan and deliver packages during this time. Please allow a few days for your tracking information to update. It could take between 2 and 12 days, depending on your shipping zone.

International Orders & Customs

Do you ship internationally? Yes. We aim to ship globally, but some countries have shipping restrictions. You can check if we ship to your country prior to checkout.

I live outside the USA. Am I going to pay customs tax? Most of our products don't require additional customs taxes. However, every country varies, so it's best to research your country's regulations before purchasing. Most countries do not collect taxes for small items, but some may collect customs fees. Any additional fees/tax is your responsibility.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Please call USPS or the courier shown in your tracking details right away. Inquire where they left your package and who received it.
  2. If your package is indeed lost, please file a lost claim with USPS ASAP and keep us informed.
  3. If you want us to file a claim on your behalf, email us your USPS reference # along with a copy of a police report stating that your item was stolen. Claims without proof will not be processed.
