We want to resolve any issues you encounter directly. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours. However, due to a high volume of inquiries, response time can take up to 72 hours.
Avoiding Chargebacks
We understand unforeseen issues can arise. If you have concerns about production time or if this information wasn't clear before ordering, we kindly ask that you reach out to our team for a resolution instead of filing a chargeback or dispute. Our legal team closely monitors false claims and friendly fraud. Our aim is always to find a direct and satisfactory solution, avoiding unnecessary disputes.
Ordering & Production
Production Times for Handcrafted Pieces
Most of our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted. Production times typically range from 3 to 20 business days, depending on design complexity and custom requests. Some pieces can take longer. Handcrafted pieces involve detailed processes like CAD designs, wax models, molds, custom-cut gems, and more. Some simple pieces do not require this elaborate production process and can be shipped sooner. All orders under "Jewelry Ready to Ship" will ship within 24 hours.
How to Order Custom-Made Jewelry
Add the item to your cart, then leave your custom requests (ring size, stone color, metal color, font#, name, engraving, etc.) in the instruction box. For assistance or full custom-made jewelry requests, please contact our team.
Order Status Updates
We will ONLY fulfill or change the status of your order once it's ready to ship. Production can take 3 to 20 business days, depending on your request and the intricacy of the design.
Tracking Number Updates
Once your package leaves our facility, it could take a few days for the carrier to update its system. This can be within 48 hours or up to 12 days, depending on restrictions within your shipping zone.
Ring Sizing
Yes, all of our jewelry can be customized to your size and desired variation. If your ring size is not listed, you can fill the instruction box with your ring size before checkout. All sizes from 3-15 US (including half sizes) are available for customization, free of charge for all our silver rings and with a slight price difference for all our solid gold pieces. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Guarantee on Products
Most products are backed by a 14-day guarantee, allowing returns or exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date. The item must be returned to us brand-new and unused to qualify. Custom-made-to-order jewelry, VIP orders, and clearance items are not covered by this guarantee, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. This guarantee takes effect only upon delivery receipt of your regular order and does not cover cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours unless production has started. Modifications and additional requests must be emailed to us ASAP. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of up to 35% may apply to cover incurred production costs on regular pieces and up to 50% for all custom-made orders. Please note that this policy is separate from our 14-day Guarantee.
Free Returns & Refunds
All regular orders can be exchanged within 14 days. To initiate a return, email our team your order number, or the original purchaser's name and a clear photo of the items. Also, provide details of the product you are exchanging for. The photo helps us create your RMA number.
Returning Custom/Personalized Jewelry
No, all sales are final for custom-made/made-to-order and personalized jewelry. If an error was made by us, we will send you the correct order or issue a refund. You keep the item unless inspection is needed.
Restocking Fee
While we previously offered free returns and exchanges, we found it challenging to sustain this due to customers taking advantage of the policy (e.g., purchasing for events/photoshoots and returning used items). A 35% restocking fee is now applied to cover some of our production and handling costs.
Damaged Items
Any damaged items must be reported within the 14-day return window to support@evaninaomijewelry.com. Damages reported outside of this period may not qualify for a replacement or refund. A short video or photos of the damaged items are required as proof.
Our Jewelry & Materials
Stone Authenticity
All our Natural Diamonds, Premium CVD Diamonds, HPHT Diamonds, and Moissanite will pass the diamond test using our special diamond tester and on common handheld diamond testers. Note that for budget-friendly sparkles, our EVN Diamond Alternative and Created Diamonds are excellent alternatives that look and sparkle beautifully, though they will not pass the diamond test.
Diamond Certificates
All our Natural Diamonds 0.4 carats and up come with a GIA certificate. All our Moissanite 0.50 carats and up come with a GRA certificate. For coffin-cut and other special-cut diamonds, a certificate is only available upon request.
Jewelry Upgrades
All our jewelry can be upgraded for a higher value based on:
- Metal type: 9k-18k white/yellow/rose gold.
- Metal plating: Platinum, yellow gold, rhodium, and rose gold.
- Stone types: Natural Diamonds, Moissanite, Alexandrite, Salt & Pepper, and more.
- Stone carats: Available from 1 to 10 carats.
- Stone color: FREE for any color (contact us first).
- Engraving: FREE.
Appraisal Value
Certificates are only available upon request before shipping. All our solid gold and platinum jewelry with precious stones can be appraised by any local jeweler. Please note that appraisal values can vary depending on various factors, including market conditions and appraisal methodology. We cannot guarantee a specific appraised value.
Will My Finger Turn Green?
No. Our fine jewelry is made from either solid gold or top-quality 925 sterling silver dipped 5x in real gold. We also have silver with 70% purity and 30% platinum. They will not turn your finger green. While silver reacts differently on every wearer based on skin pH, we are confident in our materials. Please note: Jewelry made from brass, copper, and other base metals are commonly known to cause green discoloration due to their chemical reaction with skin and moisture.
Plating Longevity
Plated jewelry wears differently on different people due to natural skin oils and care. Longevity is highly dependent on the individual and environmental conditions (water, soaps, chemicals, etc.). We've seen plating last anywhere from days to months to years. Plating is a temporary finish.
- Rhodium Plating: Most of our 925 silver jewelry is rhodium-plated, which maintains luster and protects the metal. Professional cleaning and re-rhodium are recommended every 6-12 months.
- Gold Plating: Our silver jewelry with gold plating is dipped 5x in solid gold for longer wear.
- Black Plating: Black rhodium over silver or gold is dark gray to black. It's a temporary finish, with longevity varying based on wear and conditions. Replating is free for up to 3 months.
Faded Plating & Refunds
Faded plating (rose gold, yellow gold, rhodium, black plating) is expected and does not qualify for a refund. However, we will do our best to solve the issue, either by reshipping a new one or offering a professional service for free, depending on the item's condition.

Craftsmanship
Most of our jewelry is made-to-order. Personalized pieces are handcrafted from scratch with CAD drawings, unique wax, mold, one-of-a-kind stones, and more. Simple pieces and ready-to-ship items do not require CAD.

Jewelry Care Instruction
Pure silver is usually a softer and more bendable metal compared to solid gold. All our silver rings are made from either 70% pure silver and 30% platinum or 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% high-quality metal. They won't bend easily with proper care. Note that all silver reacts differently compared to other metals when in contact with household chemicals and even from excessive sweating. Learn more about how to care for your jewelry here.
